Polaris 3083 Stage 2

Lump laser cut screens used as decorative cladding adding a sculptural aspect to the development

A major development in Bundoora named Polaris 3083 incorporating a major shopping and residential destination close to La Trobe University.  The first stage of the two projects is a sculptural installation mounted on the facade of the complex and is shaped like a large ship stern. The ship stern like structure is clad in laser cut screening featuring our Lump Ink Blot design and is finished using our Lump Faux Rust Effect.  Stage 2 of the project features a custom designed laser cut screen featuring an “Organic Thread” design that weaves softly around the outer scale of the building. The screen wraps the contour of the building providing privacy from inside and out.
