If you can’t make it to Lump, we provide our full creative consultation service online via emails and phone calls.
All works are made to order, and detailed shop drawings of your specific item will be provided to you for your approval prior to the Lump Crew commencing fabrication.
We supply our urban art pieces, outdoor sculptures, decorative screens and custom planters to all states Australia wide. Shipping weekly to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Hobart.
All International shipping is carried out on a project by project basis.

How much are your screens / sculptures / light feature panels? Do you have a pricing catalogue / brochure?
At Lump Sculpture Studio we fabricate all works on a “made to order” basis. You can find pricing guides to most of our standard items such as sculptures, screens and planters by clicking “prices and sizes” under the main image of the item you are looking at.

Will a Lump designer visit my home / site to consult and measure up my project?
Not everyone is confident they can get the measurements right. If you don’t have a handy person or any trades / landscapers on site that can help, we will send a Lump designer to your home / site for a consultation and measure up.
Each site consultation and measure up provided by a Lump designer incurs a cost of $220 inc GST (Melbourne Metro only). This fee is payable upfront prior to our designer visiting your premises. Destinations outside Melbourne Metro incur additional costs.

The cost of delivery is calculated on a project by project basis.
The cost of delivery is calculated on the size of your chosen Lump items and the delivery destination. We schedule deliveries weekly to all Melbourne Metro areas and all states Australia wide. Air freight and standard shipping by Sea Freight is also available on a case by case basis for all International destinations.
Most items will arrive on a pallet sized 1200 wide x 2400 long x 150mm high or possibly larger for bigger scale works.
It is important for us to know as much about the delivery destination as possible. We encourage you to let us know if there are any special circumstances or instructions that will either obstruct or assist in a smooth delivery.
Some questions we may ask you in relation to your delivery circumstances are:
Will you be available to receive the delivery on a selected date?
Are there any limitations with access to the delivery site?
Do you have access to lifting equipment or trades people to assist on site?
Do you require the driver to assist with unloading?
All of the works created at Lump Sculpture Studio are large and unusual, as a rule of thumb we use trusted carriers to safely complete all Lump Studio Melbourne Metro and interstate deliveries.
We understand you may prefer to organise delivery or collection yourself. Please note Lump Sculpture Studio will not be liable for any goods damaged as a result of poor delivery and handling practices. (please note handling fees apply)
When your item is ready to be assigned to freight, we will contact you and organise a convenient date for delivery. The freight company will have multiple deliveries that day; we appreciate your understanding if we are not able to provide you with an exact delivery time. However, we will do all we can to minimise the time you spend waiting to receive the delivery.
Please ensure you have a representative on site to accept delivery and to help unload. Under no circumstances will items be left at an address unattended. If lifting equipment is required to aid in receiving your delivery please make sure this is organised and onsite to receive the delivery.
Lump will export CIF (Cost, insurance and freight) only to your closest port.
We advise all of our clients to inspect each piece immediately on receipt of the delivery. Please only sign the acceptance form provided by the transport company after inspection and only if you are 100 % sure that your items are in good order and condition. Signing the paper work on receipt of your delivery before inspecting the items voids the insurance.
Will Lump provide installation? Can I install the Lump pieces myself?
Lump Sculpture Studio offers on site installation.
Installation costs begin at $880 including GST.
The fees outlined are subject to site conditions, engineering and variations and are payable prior to the items being released for dispatch. Variations incurred during the installation process are payable immediately on completion of installation.
Crane installation (minimum charge) $600 + GST – hourly rate $150 + GST charged thereafter.
Installation and fixing of sculptures (minimum charge) $800 + GST – Includes the services of 2 Lump trades people for the period of 4 hours.
Please note that travel time to and from the installation site is charged to the client and is included in the minimum installation charges. Hourly rate of $150 + GST per trades person is charged thereafter.
A formal estimate for delivery and installation will be provided and must be accepted in writing prior to the items being released for dispatch.
Exclusions: Please note that footings are not included in fee proposals.
Estimated installation charges are payable prior to the items being released for dispatch. All installation projects are recalculated on completion, any charges exceeding the estimate will be invoiced and payable immediately. Refunds will be awarded to any installations that have been over estimated beyond the minimum charges.
Please make sure we are supplied with the name and phone number of the site contact / manager and detailed plans of where the piece is to be installed. The more information we have prior to installation, the smoother the process will be. Photos are great, as are drawings and detailed information about any site access issues or restrictions.
How long will it take for Lump to fabricate my sculpture / project?
All works are made to order, and detailed shop drawings of your specific item will be provided to you for your approval prior to the Lump Crew commencing fabrication.
Lump requires a 50% deposit against your project prior to issuing drawings of your selected item.
Fabrication of your project will commence on receipt of your approval of the drawings issued.
During a regular season, your item will be fabricated within 4 – 6 weeks from receipt of your approval.
What kind of fixings will I need for my screen/sculpture/light feature panel? Does Lump provide fixings?
If you require fixings please consult in detail with Lump Studio at the time of your initial order and design phase.
We will require detailed information about how and where the item will be installed and the material it will be fixed to.
Most basic fixings can be colour matched and supplied with your item. Please note that some fixings may incur additional costs.

Fabrication of your project will commence on receipt of your approval of the drawings issued 50 % balance is payable prior to the items being released for dispatch.
Goods remain the property of Lump Sculpture Studio Pty Ltd until accounts for same are settled in full, and accounts that remain outstanding after 15 days may be subject to interest and charges.
Payments can be made by direct deposit or credit card. Please note credit card payments incur an additional 1.6% merchant fee.
We do not accept cheques.
