The Leaf Skeleton sculpture is either handcrafted meticulously from Corten steel or powder coated Aluminium and is seen here in a Dulux Bright White powder coat. A low voltage light has been secured to the base to allow this to be uplit.

Also in shot is a custom sized Waratah Triptych light feature panel and you can just make out our Lace screen in the background.

FEATURED INSTALLATION
Melbourne CBD Rooftop Winter Garden | Private Commission

Sixteen custom designed Leaf Skeleton sculptures populate this Winter Garden installation on a mid city rooftop in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

Leaf Skeleton Sculptures are created from Corten and finished in Lump's natural rusted finish.

Four areas are tied together with a large decorative screen.

The large Lump Tree Screen is made up of six individually powder coated panels that were welded on site.

If you look closely you can see that each leaf in this series has a different level of decomposition. Designed to represent the four seasons, themes of transformation and renewal were central to this installation.

The Leaf Skeleton's shape is juxtaposed against the city skyline.

The Corten sculptures and the silver pebbles make the Winter Garden completely maintenance free.

FEATURED INSTALLATION
MasterChef Australia | Network 10

The inspiration for the Leaf Skeleton Sculpture was the notion that every leaf plays a small but significant role in the larger ecological process. To highlight this,  a lone leaf skeleton was created on a scale of 1:200. The result is this majestic Leaf Skeleton Sculpture that is made from Corten Steel and stands H 2250mm x W 650mm x D 250mm.

This side view shows how the Leaf Skeleton sits on a stainless steel base and is splayed open to reveal different intricate details on either side.

Yes this piece can be seen every night on Network Ten's MasterChef Australia.
