OVERVIEW

The Manchurian Pear is a deciduous tree which grows to be around 10 metres tall.  It is extremely popular as an ornamental tree. Our stylised version of this beautiful tree protects your privacy while providing you with plenty of natural light.

Approximate size 1200 x 2400 mm x 1.6mm or 3mm thickness (Corten or aluminium). Screens can be scaled to 1500 x 3000 mm (in aluminium only).

Used in this harbour-side apartment to conceal a neighbouring high-rise development, our Manchurian Pear Screen is lit from underneath to highlight the design. This cleverly changes the aspect.

We worked closely with this client to ensure that the screen was set out from the exterior wall so that the illusion of space was created. This screen was attached (by three Spiderman impersonators) securely to the outside wall.

We loved the client's choice of colour - Precious Copper Pearl by Dulux. It works with the colours pallette used in the interior of their kitchen and dining room and tones in very well during the day or at night.
